Any of them aren't really profitable because of low profit or low demand. It is indeed for the sake of owning one T2 BPO and just that.

If they were really profitable, you wouldn't sell them... And you would get more offers than that.

I expect not more than 250 M profit per month from the 400mm and that is an optimistic estimation, so my offer remains at 10 B for this one.
