New Opportunity: Advanced Training

I've played Eve for awhile. Managing the skill queue has always been an important part of the game. But I thought that I had to meet the "requirements" of a skill in order to add it to my skill queue. This is the way a lot of other games work, so I assumed that Eve worked the same way.

Through an accident, I happened to inject a skill, that I didn't meet the "requirements" to train, and then I added the skill to my skill queue. This really changes how I manage my skill queue.

Understanding this game mechanic could really benefit new players, so I'm proposing that we add a new "Opportunity" called "Advanced Training".

We already introduce skill training in "Welcome to New Eden".

If we added a new opportunity called "Advanced Training", we could have several steps/achievements. Here's a high level example of my concept:
1. The first step would be to "inject" a skill
2. The second step would be to add the skill to your training queue
3. The third step would be to add a skill where you do not meet the "requirements"
4. The fourth step would be to add that skill to the training queue - for a new player, this might be a challenging concept, but once they get it, it'll benefit them going forward

What do other people think about this idea?

This was a fairly recent improvement in the way skill training works - it was not always this way. It would make sense to include some way of showing people how skill training works during the Opportunity/NPE.

CCP should add more NPC 0.0 space to open it up and liven things up: the Stepping Stones project.
