they are low because there is a recent price drop. These are based on sp.

so funny o the pricing scheme, yet someone else purchasing and then stripping the skills out.
currently this pricing system will give you a profit of 4.7b at the lowest level. nice turn over. No wonder the prices are so low your willing to pay.
