ALT+F4 after gate jump saves you from any camp! NO KIDDING!

I am really tired of half the EVE nullsec using this BUG to escape any camp/engagement with larger or uncomfortable fleets.

WHEN CCP IS GOING TO FIX THIS ****?

For all those who don't know, if you jump a gate and immediately close (ALT + F4) your client, your ship will be safely removed from space WHILE CLOCKED AND PROTECTED BY THE GATE CLOAK.

Simple math: Gate cloak timer 1min, Ship dissapearing from space (if no aggro timers on) : 30 seconds.
The result? Ishtar jumps a gate, sees a camp, closes client and it's saved to come later and continue.

Please start using it, so that CCP finally fixes this thing.

So have combat probes right on the gate, 30 seconds is plenty of time to catch someone.
AFAIK logging off without timers leaves your ship in space for 1 minute.
Do you actually see them emergency warp away? Does it work from inside a bubble?

The ships never unlock to begin with. The player instantly get's removed from the local and the ship never unlocks after the gate jump.

Try it, it works:)

Ship needs 30 seconds to be removed from space. SO you are not correct. Also, Gate keeps you cloaked unless you move. Since you don't really move after you close client forcibly, your ship just sitting there with cloak timer from the gate, however your logoff timer starts to run at this moment. So if your timer is ABOVE 30 seconds, you are basically removed from space before the gate releases the 1 minute cloak .
