AT14 ship question

OK so maybe I can't read real proper like so this might be a stupid question.

The ship points list shows "Logistics Frigates" as 5 points. Does that really mean both T1 and T2 versions? I would have thought the T1 version would have been worth less points? Last year there were 2 points I think so would not 3 or 4 points be more realistic?

Not that I am planning around double T1/T2 logi frigates or anything - but still think clarification would be nice.

I'm certain that T1 Logistics frigates will count as normal T1 frigs, just like last year.

It's the T2 ones - they're the ones belonging to the Logistics Frigates ship class, which has the "Logistics Frigates" skill as a prerequisite. The T1 logi frigs still only cost two points.
