Horrible nerf would be criminal timer for 30 minutes, and not being able to dock while the criminal timer is active for any ship using this cyno or bridge point. Also Concord would be alerted to your illicit activity in high sec and would respond appropriately by arriving on scene and looking to decimate anything still on scene.

So basically you just want it to be a mechanic purely for suicide gankers to move their bombers faster/easier?

Nope. A battleship that comes through on a cyno can easily move off grid, just no docking for you. You want an easy way into high sec, but there is no current mechanic. I offered suggestions on how to make CCP think about it. You can't just have a cyno into high sec without any risk.

Criminal flags prevent warp - good luck leaving a 7,000km grid in 30 seconds...

One nerf would be that the ship could only use the Polarized Beacon once every 24 hours with a special to reduce that wait time by 2 hours per skill level with each skill level taking up to three months to learn at level five.

Jump to empty system, or system that have your pos.
Have webbing interceptor in the fleet.
Jump in start warping to a tower, warp interceptor, web - be away in less than a cycle of combat probes.

Wouldn't a criminal timer also mean CONCORD comes in and pop you or am I misunderstanding those rules?
