As the title indicates, this is a starter Hectate pilot.

This character has the skills to T2 fit a Hectate. With a little bit more work, this character can be trained into a fully fledged Hectate pilot.

Character comes with an additional 240000 unallocated SP to be spent on whatever you like.
This character does not have any attached history to it.

Starting bid: 1B
Buyout: Entertain me
