I haven't received interest for June and we are coming up on the July payment. My last payment received was 14 May 2016. This needs to get handled and the interest for July needs to include unpaid interest for June.

I'm also looking for a buyout if anyone is interested.

If you are going to be a month late then payment should really include interest on last months nonpayment.

I didn't make a 1 month interest free loan nor did I agree to it.
