T2 Blueprints can only be researched from T1 ones. And the results will always be copies. Maybe you can find contracts with these T2 copies. Only rectriction the copies have: limited amount of runs.

Never know, the OP may be a member of the Eve 1% who have ungodly amounts of ISK. You can buy T2 BPO's as they used to be in the game.

Actually, I think I remember hearing the price of many of these BPO's have become more reasonable. Not sure though, as I really don't follow this market.
