Well, if you're an atheist, why would a cross bother you? Is it somehow a threat to your atheist belief's? Are you going to see that over and over and break down in tears and say "I convert!" Have we gotten to the point where even the appearance of something that runs contrary to our own self belief systems causes us to be offended and break down in abject obeisance? I weep for the species.

Hes trolling but for a very different reason. Hes looking for Christian supporters to heckle and harass. He thinks they make easy targets because he believes they are gullible for believing in things that "dont exist."

Well this is an original reason.

20,000 years in the future. Check
Immortal capsuleers. Check
Underwater space mechanics. Check
Slaves, a religious empire, cutting faces off innocent victims to give to the wealthy. Check. Check. Check.

A cross in a station. Literally unplayable.

My friend, I believe you are taking false offense. The cross shape is universal, it is not the monopoly of the Christian Church. For example:
-A pyramid, seen from above. The X of the axes forms a cross. And they are like perfectly straight bowstrings. If you draw any bowstring back into a V, the entire force of the pyramid will bend like a bow, allowing you to launch a huge amount of energy. And you can do this in any of 4 directions. Such is the power of the pyramid.

-The cross shape forms the character for the numeral 10 in Chinese and Japanese script. Ten comes after 9, which is the second or third possible number resulting from a square (3 x 3). And it's followed by 11. A prime number, divisible by nothing. Consider that.

-The plus sign. ("+") Why was it chose to represent something positive, adding to, augmenting, and all around making happier? 1 Hamburger + 1 Hamburger = More Hamburgers. Which therefore = Better. The science is there. But why the cross sign was chosen, that's a topic for research and further discussion.

-When you're asleep in your rectangular bed, to get yourself out, you pretty much have to align yourself square and transverse the general axis of your night' repose. Thereby, squaring yourself for another day out in the work/study/looking for work/avoiding work and looking for money world. The Y, intersected by the X. Yet another cross.

-Intersections. Red lights. Contemplating of time spent sitting at them, and the calculated risks of just running through them. 4-way stop signs. Observations of human nature at them.

In short, my friend, I think you have vastly undervalued the significance of the cross shape. Christian church has no monopoly of it, for sure. Who can ever know what CCP meant by arranging graphic elements in those shapes?

Random shapes are random. I'm a Christian and I don't see anything there. Yeah it's vaguely cross shaped. So what.

Noticed that cross shape years ago. It's incidental, you're trolling.
The cross symbol as it's popularly used, depicts a 2/3rds ratio representing the pentagram, the shape traced out by venus in relation to earth as it orbits every 5 years i think. Yeheshuah was an avatar of the God of Love as opposed to the God of Power.
None of which this troll will ever hear about...as you were.

Some facts are lost on the half-hearted non-believer.

Been raising hell for weeks to get rid of the damned in-station billboards, no luck, but I never did see a cross and I'm in and out of Gallante stations all the time. Eve is the mother lode of offensive people, and if they figure they can gain a half step on you by flashing something they know will **** you off then they will. Think Bat signal, but in the shape of a cross. Hmm, not a bad idea. But if this guy is that easily offended he needs to join a cloister and swear off the internet, TV and all human interactions. Cloister, probably a poor word choice, there. I thought about it, once, many years ago, but the hormones said hell no.
