It uses the currency that is tied to the location that you registered with.

Did you register with a Russian email address to save a lot of money on subscription cost?... If so then there is the reason it is happening.

The EULA forbids you using a location outside of the economic zone you are in. Simple way of them saying that they can fleece EU and British customers.

No im attending university in Nijmegen in the netherlands at the moment, so everywhere i pay now its in euros :)

I couldn't care less about your alliance, I'm just reporting people I find from PA with eveboard advanced research. As a matter of fact, I reported your ass last month. But apparently CCP doesn't give a **** about people buying or selling accounts on PA, otherwise you would be banned.

You are wondering why you can only pay in rub, well that's because the guy who sold you his account was Russian and created his account from a Russian IP, there is no other reason why your account currency could be rub. Good luck explaining that to CCP now
