new launcher issues

I opened the new launcher and selected play and even never launches .... I finally could get in because I had the old launcher still. From what I have been hearing this is happening to multiple people??

I cant get the new launcher to start my accounts, i had to go in the settings cache to start each account and its a pain now i got to go thru each and every one and redo my shortcuts, huds, box placements, me thinks they come out with new patchs and updates only to screw up another part of the game. Are they TRYING to drive us away?

Ye, I open launcher and press play for it to load and do nothing, how do I fix this ? Was fine like half hour ago.

Also CCP there is no sepentis missions next to my character selection screen when eve launches.

How did the QA get this going? It's acting up like a trouble kid on crack! The launcher is as unstable as Charles Manson!

Is your launcher up to date? The version number should end in 1988. If it doesn't, update it. There was a post about this in the proper location on the forums (which of course no one bothers to read).

Here I used to have a sig of our old Camper in space. Now it is disregarded as being the wrong format. Looking out the window I see one thing: Nothing wrong with the format of our Camper! Silly CCP......

Workaround I found is to go to the chevrons at the top right of the launcher with the down arrow, select server list and then press play Tranquility on the right and the game will launch.

Hey There,

I found Launching the launcher as Admin fixes this issue. Please note this is not a official response from CCP and only basing off what I have personally found to fix the issue on my own computer.
