In all seriousness... It's been like 2009 since I last played.

I got like 1.5m skillpoints in stuff and a caracel. What do I do now?

What do you want to do?

A lot has changed since 2009, if you can give us a general idea of what you want to do, we can point you in the right general direction.

In the beginning there was nothing, which exploded.

I'd like to make maybe 100mil credits and then do some shady PvP for profit, like assassination type PvP that won't put me at much risk. I guess something like that to start out. I'm patient and have no problem staring at my screen for an hour waiting for someone to gank. Fleet battles also peek a bit of my interest but I hear those are mainly for big ships and can turn into lag fests.

Maybe find a group of players as well

If that's the case I shall point you in the direction of Feyd's bumfinger prevention & execution pack, it covers a lot of stuff from the basics like the overview etc, to how to make expensive spaceships explode with a frigate and everything in between.

I would check out null alliances many accept newbros now and have fleet fits specially tailored to the low sp character. You have to get quite a large fleet before you get time dilation ( which is a way in which the server takes care of lag so that everything remains fair...well as fair as it would be at full speed no lag. The battle just takes longer) .

Frigs destroyers and cruisers are used all the time in null alliances. IMO train up interceptors, stealth bombers, interdictors and tactical destroyers and that will give you a great start. Interceptors and dictors are almost always useful in fleets, bomber hot drop fleets are a thing now and tactical destroyers are FOTM atm.

I'd pretend you just started. Hit F12 in game, do the career agents. Then do the sisters of eve arc. This will get you reacquainted with the game, 20-30 million ISK and a dozen ships or so.

I will consider doing that, thanks brosef.
Same with the Career agent training.

New characters start with roughly 500,000 SP perhaps your best option here is to start a new character and then transfer all your stuff that way you are assured the chance to run all of the new player content to get back into the game. But you can simply give it a try and see what happens.

It's called ganking.

OP, you should buy one of those spectacles they now have in the New Eden store and train into a bomber. Then head over to 'Bombers Bar'. There I'll show you who the real god is, after beating you to a pulp and making you grow a mustache.

When you don't know the difference between there, their, and they're, you come across as being so uneducated that your viewpoint can be safely dismissed. The literate is unlikely to learn much from the illiterate.

Every time I come back to eve after a long hiatus I redo the SoE arch. By the time I finish that I feel like I've a clue again.

My choice of pronouns is based on your avatar. Even if I know what is behind the avatar.

Iria, thanks for the tip

I have had a break for a year or more and when I come back (after a massive UK tour) I will do the same. I have never done the arc in the first place.

I will then see if I can do something in LoSec such as salvaging or something which doesn't involve PvP or me being the P in that PvP.

I would do Exploration but with this game in a game it just seems so artificial.

everything in this game is about you being the P Blink There are some pirate faction epic arcs you can do easily enough in an interceptor in null.

I need some help with another matter;

I had one shot, to seize every spaghetti I ever wanted, and in one moment I just let it slip. My palms were spaghetti, knees weak, and arms spaghetti. I was nervous but on the surface I looked calm spaghetti. I dun goof'd and lost spaghetti, and then I lost myself and blew all the spaghetti on mom's spaghetti and now I only have that spaghetti. There's no more left for me to mine or farm spaghetti. The markets don't recognize mom's spaghetti and my bartering skills are vomit spaghetti, can't even buy Merlin spaghetti or Navy spaghetti all i'm left with is cold spaghetti. Now that all I got is Mom's spaghetti, how do I go about selling it for more spaghetti?
