Also if you want to bear then it has faction standings for both Gallente and Minmatar, any agent of any level from those two factions will speak to you. This account literally pays for itself in days.

I'm thinking it's worth 9b or so. The skillpoints could be higher but they are exactly where you want them and it is an isk machine. Anyone interested in PvPing with it could get it PvP ready in a few days and experience what it feels like to get full EFT all V dps from a machariel.
