the seller has to pay for transfer, thats the rules :) but I would definitely take a free char Cool

Although you should definitely sell the char and keep the isk, no point in giving it away for free, any sucker will take a free char lol

weird in the past the buyer gave me a plex and then i could transfer the char when having it post in the forum
