Can we get Character Market Sticky Taken down?

The sticky for the "Character Market Channel" should never have been stickied, and especially NOW should not be a sticky.

The evelopedia does not exist anymore. There is a sticky by a Dev warning of scams originating from a website that is linked in the Character Market sticky. Furthermore the channel is dead, no one is in it, literally. The MOTD of the channel has external links to websites not approved by CCP, mostly shameless plugs for the channel owners.

Everything about that sticky is extremely old and outdated. Is CCP going to accept responsibility for noobs that get scammed from external links of Channels that CCP Stickied?
