Considering many ratting bots behaviour to log off, does an anchored bubble count as player aggression?

Consider this scenario:

1. Place blubbles in every third belt
2. jump out of system
3. wait for bot to log back on
4. wait 5 mins
5. jump in, check belts/ probe

Does the bot stay in space due to 15 min player aggression, assuming he hit a bubble along the way?

The bots use the d-scanner to detect such bubbles. I've tried it.Sad

Woah...bots can use D-Scan now?! Stuff's getting out of control!

I know sometimes it's difficult to realize just how much you spend on incidental things each month or year, but seriously, EVE is very cheap entertainment compared to most things... If you are a smoker, smoke one less pack a week and pay for EVE, with money left over to pick up a cheap bundle of flowers for the EVE widow upstairs.

Why not put a bubble in every belt and pull a logon trap on him? Every third belt...you are clearly broke-ass and need to invest properly.

I know bots have been using d-scanner since 2009, I suspect they started long before that (probably 5 minutes after bubbles were added to game). It isn't exactly new.
