Idea for transport ship

max 2400m3 with upgrades
20000m3 fleet hangar
covert op cloakable
extremely fast align time
10AU speed

This would make quick runs for modules, plugins, small ships like frigates,etc, from WH space a breeze. You could carry one BC as well.

I'd prefer to just allow the current Deep Space Transport ships to open a Covert Cyno.

Not to mention CCP messed up the ability to omni tank it on it's resistance numbers with their stupid Ship Tiericide crap.

Well you can get a Blockade Runner to 13.1AU with mods and T2 rigs without the implants.

With HG Acendancy 21.3AU 5,338,887,313.94 isk for a set

With MG Acendancy 18AU 1,288,978,816.15 isk for a set

These are pricey mind you but its possible. Oh and it was on a prowler hull. And for that price your cargo hold goes to next to nothing.

What I really want are transporters/freighters with ECM burst range bonuses and take ECM bursts out of concord crimes. That would make sense security wise and may ruin the day of gankers. The nice thing about it is that you are more or less unable to plan for it cause if it hits it will shred all damage calculations. If it doesn't you are history: that's okay.
At the moment it's just a calculation thing to kill ships untill Concord hits you. This will make things much more unpredictable.

"ECM bursts out of concord crimes"? Lol, then we'll have neutral alts all across highsec pissing ECM bursts on everything in range on the following day. And jamming miners on the belts - oh, the tears!

Besides, you want to achieve "unpredictability" in a situation where, typically, the hauler is caught by gankers with his pants down. There is a plethora of ways to avoid getting ganked, and the majority of them involves avoiding contact with them altogether. A hauler who fits against gankers doesn't want unpredictability - he wants to haul ass from A to B with his ship intact. If he wants to be prepared, he'll go for other, more "predictable" fitting options.

@ OP: Your industrial is either spacious OR cloaky - you can't have it both ways. Otherwise, we'd have one to-go type of idustrials that everyone would use, which hurts variability. If you want a large and swift hauler, fit a DST with some hyperspatials and use the MWD+cloak trick.

Don't you mean Sigil? It can hit over 9 and is an industrial. The Prorator is a transport and can use a similar fit to the Sigil to hit over 12AU/s.

Don't you mean Sigil? It can hit over 9 and is an industrial. The Prorator is a transport and can use a similar fit to the Sigil to hit over 12AU/s.

the T2 "transport" ships are often lumped in with what people consider industrials

a blockade runner with 1 T2 warp speed rig and level 4 transport skills will go 9au/s, so yeah he probably does mean Prorator
