10 mill Skillpoints missing!

I have just resubbed after a break since last August. I noticed this character is missing 10mill sp. I have checked to see if she has been online since the introduction of the skill extractors & everything is normal.

Another thing, all my skills that were at level 5 are now in my skill que. I had all missile skills upto ham & heavy trained to 5 with all support skills. I had upto caldari BC 5 trained & now Im down to 3.9 mill sp. Everything was deffinetly trained. I had all the info in my iphone app for agers. So ingame infor differs.

Has anyone else experienced this? Will if fix itself after a downtime? Did characters get rolled back?

I have put a support ticket in.

once ur sub ends apps useing the API will most likely keep the skill que going while its actualy not .. were the skills 100% trained the day u started your break ?
