If a citadel is taken down by the owner, what happens to the assets inside ?

Is it the same as if its destroyed, moved to another citadel in system or NPC station ?

  1. If it works, break it. If it’s broken, leave it and break something else.

  2. Ignore all Forum comments that raise issues and concerns about our "features", and bring said "features" in anyway.

It's moved to asset safety, still very annoying imo

Unless you are in a wormhole right?

A life is best lived, to not step into your grave in a well preserved body. Instead, to slide in side ways, all battered and bruised, screamming, "Holy SH**! What a ride!"

Yes. If you are in a wormhole, then all the contents of the citadel will be jetted out in cans anywhere up to 300km away from where the citadel was.

Without warning, without an email informing you that you have at most until the can despawn to get your stuff back.

Sure, there is a decommission time for the citadel, but you aren't informed when the citadel is under attack or when it is destroyed. If for some reason you are away for a time you have no message saying "look, log fast or you will lose your stuff."

BTW, if you hadn't the forethought of saving the citadel position, you can even warp back to it?
