I have recently returned (a month ago) to EVE after a 4+ year absence. Unfortunately all my friends are now MIA and so I would like to make new ones and quit playing solo.

I am mature but definitely not an old curmudgeon so having fun is a must. (okay, technically speaking, I might be an old curmudgeon but I don't act like one) Also, as an older player, I have RL commitments (don’t we all!) and so my game time could be heavy one week and non-existent the next week. This has to be okay with you or we are not a good fit. Usually, I can communicate my absences in advance.

My primary interest has always been industrial but as I go forward I am willing to train skills and be taught to become a better-rounded player. I'm looking for a corp that provides guidance to what has changed within the game while I was away, guidance in skill planning, ship fitting as well as opportunities to the many other facets of the game but not require them. Previous playing time was spent in high sec industrial activity and a short time spent in WH space with a POS. This leaves me with a lot to experience in EVE and I would like to eventually get to it all.

I do RL in the U.S. Central Time Zone (so that should be a fit for your group) and I can meet any requirements you have such as TS3, Slack, or any other communication tools. (Your corp should have at least one of these)
