Was answered today, during the *weekend* within 15 minutes. Shocked

This probably gets locked for being "redundant" but I thought to it was worth to mention as it may look from the outside = this forum, that EVE online support is dreadful while it's anything but that.

Real Deal answer: CCP has been GREAT about support tickets and most people are impatient morons if you ask me in regards to support tickets. CCP isnt clairvoyant but they are great about response times. In 13 years of gaming with these "con artists" that have sucked my life away against my will... lol I have never seen faster responses. And thats having an ex that was a GM for other games and listening to her complain and ***** as shes was working and telling me about stupid tickets.

So as I have said privately to CCP. I shall say publicly. Well done. Cuz we are some primo a******s when it comes to being underhanded. Twisted

Have you heard anything I've said?

You said it's all circling the drain, the whole universe. Right?

my previous ticket was there for 24 days, last one stayed open for 5 days after i solved my problem by myself (just wanted to see how long it will take GMs to take a look). That's 1.5 last months.

For someone such time periods are Ok, for some - not. But telling that people are 'impatient morons'.... well.... Cool

I've never had a ticket take less than a week (and this was for billing issues); and I had one take nearly 40 days (for a first response).

Granted that 40-day ticket would not have been high priority in anyone's book, but that's still a long wait.

Lucky you.

Maybe CCP finally hired some more GM's to help with the absurdly long ticket wait times.

If they have indeed gotten this quick on answering tickets then indeed, "keep up the good work" :)

I do not mind when tickets take time. I understand that. However when the answer is "bumping does not happen in this game" and then the ticket is closed without my consent, i wonder if some of those GMs even know how this game really works, let alone bother to read the petitions or - worse - investigate.

They took like 2 months to get to mine but it was my mistake. I had used a skill injector without reading about how it works. So high me decided to put a ticket in asking them if they could roll it back. I was not used to the way things are done around here yet. When they did answer me they told me to gfms but that they were giving me 20 free days fer taking so long to reply. I say take yer time ccp dudes. ;)
