Log notifications for Focused Warp Disruption Generator

Currently when you point someone with a Warp Disruption Field + Focused Script there is no public log notification that a ship has been pointed, unlike when any other point or scram is activated.

I assume this is because the module is a bubble by default and so there is some scary legacy code issues, but it would be nice to get a log notification, especially for fleet operations when trying to spread points or pretty much any other situation.

Besides, I like everyone on grid to see the times when I clickity-click fast enough to get a lock before a Sivpul. How can I show off my itchy trigger finger if my point is muted?
