We would note that an explosion of significant size would also cause a temporary change in the visible light emanating from these wormholes.

While this theory may not be likely, it is nonetheless a possibility.

And here I was getting excited.

On the one hand, a software glitch seems reasonable. However, too many strange and, as yet, ill-understood events have occurred in relation to the wormholes since Seyllin. A stellar explosion, or some similar phenomenon (what happened to the drifter gates in their hive systems?) may be a possibility, but that then begs the question "what caused it?".

If we assume it to be more than a mere software glitch, then we have to ask if it is related to the drifters, sleepers, both, or somehow related to the shattered systems.

No change was noted in the appearance of the debris field within the Nexus (or its surroundings) of Conflux during our operation today.

The question was raised whether the electrical discharge within the debris field had increased in intensity was posed. As far as we could tell, it doesn't seem to have done so.

For those interested, there is a reference recording of the debris field's state from 10th of November.
