Well, I need EVEMon API Key,
So I went to https://www.eveonline.com/login.asp?r=%2F&t=%2Fapi%2Fdefault%2Easp%3F .

And got that.

WHAT? My account is at least 14 days old!

Your profile says:

Give it a few hours, maybe a day or so. You must be right on the cusp of it rolling over.

Your link is to the old and obsolete API page, from before the API became customizeable. The correct link to get your API key (well, you have to make it) is here: https://support.eveonline.com/api
