HUD - "Directional Scan" and "Probe Scanner"

Windows "Directional Scan" and "Probe Scanner" disappear after dock, which breaks order of HUD after every undock.
I think both windows should remain all time, including empty mode in station/citadel.

They should reappear after undock.
