As title.

Preferably a shield tanker, but not absolutely fussed.

Musts are:

Arrow Must be able to fly a Battlecruiser well
Arrow Must use T2 Medium's
Arrow Must be able to fit T2 defences
Arrow T2 drones a bonus, but not vital (unless you're offering me a Gal character)
Arrow Not too many wishy-washy skills. Decent focused core skills are preferable
Arrow PI Skills are very preferable
Arrow Cloaky Indy (or close to) will also get a big thumbs up

Anything around the 6mil SP mark is ideal - I'm not after anything too expensive.
