Citadel fitting "tool" - Excel based

Well, as there isn't a fitting tool yet, I decided to make a quite easy one with Excel.
Just fill in the amount of the desired module and it's subtracted automatically from the available CPU/Power.
Again, this is quite simple and meant to help out until someone with programming skills (Gripen?) will make this available for us.

-Fixed missing formulas for Co-Processor & Reactor Control Unit

-Citadel cells are green now if setup is fine, switching to red if something's wrong (lack of CPU/Power or module not allowed)

Guided bomb launchers are now officially allowed for astrahus-class citadels.
