Looking for Loki or Tengu pilot Budget is 3-5bil

Needs to have good shield skills
Subsystems to IV-V
Shield and Energy emissions to IV-V
Salvaging and PI skills are a bonus
Scanning Skills are OK
Not looking for cross trained characters or a lot of wasted skills.

Make an offer, 5 mill is kinda low, but if you have more isk this is a great toon for most everything to do with combat.
