This toon is a Minmatar focused pvper with Gallente Cruiser 5 cross trained to get the max from a Cynabal. It has just over a day left on Minmatar Battleship 5 (Completed) and already has some great skills maxed to level 5 as listed below.
Chili also rocks in a Vagabond due to the skills he needs for it being maxed out.

Go on mate add a buy out to the mix, why ppl would wait till the 21st to buy a toon they wanted when ppl are adding toons with buy outs every day that might turn there heads from yours is not good buisness imo, if you have an idea what you want add a buy out, I am intrested but it aint like waiting skill training..waiting sux, probly have my new toon singing and dancing by the 21st unless you put a b/o in lol, things are worth what ppl are happy to pay for it.

Thanks for the advice and ordinarliy i would agree, however as i have no idea what i want for buyout i decided to leave it to potential buyers to make offers. If i get a great offer i will transfer right away so i won't have to keep people waiting to long to enjoy Chili.
