I've done the normal and returned after a long break and now need to build up my ISK reserves. I'm Level 4'ing at present in High-Sec and am getting a little tired of it so looking to try some exploration/something else.

Can someone critique my skills profile and suggest where I can head now? I may also have missed some vital basics over the years so happy to hear about catch-up skills as well. I'm missile/Caldari focussed but happy to branch out for the right ship.

My aim is to get into a Golem in null sec for blasting fat rats and ultimately knocking around in a Dread in high-sec shooting rats :)

Thanks

1. You cannot fly a Dread in hi-sec.

2. Your Eve Board is password protected.

3. You said 'Golum' in null sec, but I think the term is 'kill mail' in null sec.

I have to recommend you stay in hi-sec for awhile. When you're ready for fat ships in null, you won't have to ask, you'll just know what to fly, and how to fit it. The same sort of thinking goes for skills. When you undock a Golum, you should already know what skills you need and at what levels. In general... All missile support skills at V, the spec skills at IV, Marauder at IV, with most other tank skills at V. One of the most expensive ships in game, Marauders deserve good skilling to back them.

All good points.

1. Didn't know that so thank you. I guess I will need to think of a new 'end-goal'
2. I have amended the eveboard I think by saving with no password - let me know if that doesn't do it.
3. I have been flying Golems in null-sec for years but need to save up some cash for another one as I am short of the ISK

Thanks for responding.

You're welcome. Glad you could see I wasn't trying to just be an ass, I didn't know you had flown a Golum before.

Eveboard works now. Your skilling actually looks great for the Golum.
Maybe Thermodynamics IV

Consider getting into a Tengu for cloaky/nullified travel through null space.

Edit to add:
Marauders have a 'Bastion mode' now. Uber tank, but it immobilizes you for a time. Try that in hi-sec a bit before you get out in null.

I had looked at the Tengu but it is a little 'new' for me. I will definitely get into one just to try it out and you never know, that new ship smell might convince me to skill it up to the max and fly it into danger.

The thermodynamics skill is not one I've used. I lock all my modules in case I bump it by mistake and cook something. So far, the level 4's in a Raven Navy Issue don't call for over-heating.

Are there any glaring omissions you can spot? I know that the guns/turrets are under-whelming but until I fly a gunship, I'm not keen on investing time into them.

I'm heading the Tengu route. You sold it to me and the training is quick.
