We are looking for corporations to join our new alliance, Penguin Mafia.

Headed up by Interstellar Nuclear Penguins, Penguin Mafia is our attempt to create something to be proud of whilst also appreciating that, like a large portion of our members, we all have real lives but it shouldn't limit the things we can do.

With this in mind our plan is to take and hold our own little piece of null sec from which we can learn, build and try new and interesting things. Whilst our game time is limited we co-ordinate outside of game heavily, we do not aim to be a major bloc alliance, winning fights through sheer numbers of F1 pilots. We want to develop and nurture autonomous pilots that can act as a larger force when needed but can also function independently. This can only be achieved through an open communication policy. A big factor of this is the removal of petty internal dramas, we are all grown ups and quite honestly these are just detrimental to both the alliance and people's morale.

This is not a quick win scenario and it will not be easy, but if we wanted easy we'd all be playing something else! If you want to try and create something small but sustainable that you can be proud of, with a competent and tight knit group then Penguin Mafia is for you.
