Does anyone know where I can find the Capital Implacable Compact Emergency Hull Energizer I Blueprint, apart from Jita? I saw the other meta versions in Gallente space, but not that one. Any assistance would be most appreciated.

Edit - nevermind, I found it in Amarr space, in the Kador region.

CCP should add more NPC 0.0 space to open it up and liven things up: the Stepping Stones project.

Interesting product. If I plug the T2 version in my favorite industry calculator the production costs almost twice the Jita sell price ... what is wrong here? Shocked

People who loot items from others and sell to jita doesn't care about production cost. Its pretty much a sign that more have been created then there was a demand for.

In such a short period of time this thing is existing? An T2 item which can only be fit to capitals and is a consumable (can it be repaired?)?

Confirming from test server, it can be repaired once burned out after use. The T1 version repair cost is nearly the same as buying another one ;)
