Recently returned and looking for a new main (i sold mine...but i wont stop you selling yours, lol)

Ideally looking for a cross trained char with positive sec status and minimal industry skills.

Mandatory:

Arrow Ability to use all racial t2 weapons for trained ships with good support skills
Arrow Racial Frigate / Cruiser and BS V for atleast 1 race (Battlecruisers V also desirable)
Arrow Solid Engineering / Navigation / Electronic Support skills
Arrow Minimal industry
Arrow Minimal corp history (where possible)
Arrow Ability to fly all sub capital ships for atleast 1 race (HAC, Recon, Cmdships, Ceptors)

Nice to have:

Arrow Capital chars must have jump drive op V, with JC/JF IV minimum

Ideally id prefer non caldari focused chars....but a bit of cross training can be overlooked. If your char has some random numbers / letters etc in it....move on...if i want to look like i got shitfaced and mistyped i am capable of doing that myself.

sizeable budget (20bil)

The sooner im hooked up the better, rdy set go...
