This is the only Item in the game that requires a Science skill to V for Manufacturing.
THis seems to be a mistake to me - CCPls?

That is clearly a mistake.

Capital, Tech II and other advanced items should all have multiple level 5 prerequisites. Manufacturing of advanced items should be something that the dedicated industrialist must spend months to years (or now, sadly, financial resources) training for.

Seeing what you did there - but I totally agree. My favourite solution would be to raise skill requirements for (T2) cap modules accordingly.

Indeed.... I miss the days before the game gave in to the pleas for instant gratification, the days when a character could differentiate through skill focus and specialization.

Today, differentiation in industry is still possible, but in an environment where virtually everything - skills, materials, finished goods, production facilities, etc. - is a commodity. No real barriers to entry; to successfully differentiate, one must do so at the logistical level, implementing efficient manufacturing and distribution systems that are capable of delivering profits on very tight operating margins.
