I apologize for posting this here, but I have no other choice.

My support request (#186812) was filed on Monday at 22:31, and has remained unanswered for two days.

I have sold a character in this forum. The character, both accounts, and the sale itself, meet all terms and requirements brought by CCP, as defined in the Character Bazaar sticky and EULA. The buyer has deposited funds into my account. Everything has been quadruple-checked and is ready for transfer.

When attempting to transfer this character, I receive the message: "Character transfer is locked. Please contact Customer Support." I filed a support ticket immediately, which has remained unanswered for two days. My post in the issues forum remains unanswered. There is no other option to contact CCP.

For the past two days, I have been sitting on the buyer's funds. His patience is gone and he wants a refund. I don't blame him, as I run a business in reality and understand how unprofessional it is to take someone's money on a sale and then force them to wait in the dark.

I would like for a person in support to please respond to my ticket. I don't want my buyer to wait any longer. He paid for this character and I want to transfer it to him. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Ccp is weeks behind on support tickets. But if you or the buyer reports your original post, then an ISD agent can review and escalate it.

I recently bought a toon that had another issue and it went unanswered/unresolved for 6 days I think. It just takes time.

Hello , i'm also having this same issue. This account i got from the character bazzar last year and now i can't transfare it. all rules where met and skill q was paused ect. i get the same error.

A conspiracy theorist would posit that CCP is slow walking character transfers to increase the use and dependence on Extractors and Injectors.....

Support tickets may take time to answer. The reason you will not get a response from CCP in the forums is that CCP does not discuss individual support tickets in the forums as that is a private matter between CCP and the Pilot. You can try emailing CCP directly at support@eveonline.com.
