Did CCP nerf the Nightmare in the last year or so? I'm coming back from the game and I noticed that it's dropped from 600M+ ISK a year ago to selling just under 400M Isk today. Just curious for the drop in price and obviously lack in demand?

all the pirate battleships went down in price a lot. not so much for cruisers and frigates and all other ships though.

He's saying the opposite of what happened to the Nightmare has also happened to the Rattlesnake....

Pretty much all pirate BS's came down in price because of over-farming. They're all still good; don't believe any have been directly nerfed, at least not recently.

If you fly a battleship these days you are doing it wrong. almost everything else including t3 destroyers do it better and cheaper. noone flies Battleships anymore

Because you say so? Those cancer T3s are killed fast, even with T1 cruisers. Even cheaper. So maybe you do something wrong

I know the sentiment but it is not recommended in higher class wormholes. Sleepers will murder those so quickly that you wish you didn't warp to those Sleeper Nexuses in the first place.

ohhhhkaaaay, so some of us hate t3s - a lot

In other news: CCP keeps making pve easier and/or high end loot more available. If you track the price of faction BS w/ game changes you will be able to easily see where pirate BS (all of them) went from rare and mighty death machines to slightly uncommon 'must haves' for novice pilots.

Side Note: passive RS makes a great afk hauler for small/mid size cargo. they don't really even get scanned all that often.

Surprised no one mentioned it so far. CCP upped the chance of anomalies escalating (inclduing sanctums and havens, which escalated to DED 10/10s that may drop pirate BS Blueprints) and decreased the maximum amount of jumps you have to travel to reach the expedition. More Blueprints mean more pirate BSs means lower price.

The nightmare actually got some significant buffs last year, not least of which the 6th lowslot.
