Player to Player trade in Citadels

Hi All,

Just started to us my first Citadel and seem to be unable to do a simple Pilot To Pilot trade within the Citadel even between pilot of the same Corp am I doing something wrong or is this working as intended ?

You cannot trade between players in Citadels. I have read all the dev blogs and couldn't really find much about it. The only thing I have found so far is a forum thread about it, and someone replied the only way to trade in a citadel (medium anyway) is to move things between player and corp hangars.

I am not sure if this is something that will be addressed when they introduce the contract system to the Citadels but I think it should be a standard feature in all of them.

Highlight the items you want to give and drag them to the character portrait of the other person. They can click on "deliveries" and get the items from there.

Obviously this is not a trade, but you can still give items.

I think CCP Nullarbor noted that the code that handles trading is related to stations and it's a complete mess so that is the reason it wasn't implemented to citadels.

Where do you click on deliveries? In the corp tab?

In the inventory tab/window on the left, where you would see corp hangars and such.

you can do it, it took me like 30s to figure it out and im an outragious incompetent

Hi All

So I tried the delivery method and it delivered it to the pilot but it only shows up in the assets window but not in the hanger , even stranger it will let me fit from the personnel assets tab to a ship and then take the module of the ship and put in my hanger but cant see in the hanger till i do this works of with modules but anything else I cant access once deliver as it is not in the hanger but only in assets any ideas ?

Every pilot in a citadel has a "Deliveries" hangar, below their personal hangar, and above their corporate hangar (if any)

All items delivered to your character in that citadel will appear in that "Deliveries" hangar.

It is a withdraw only hangar.
