So at some future date im going to buy back 50%at original start price , this will be done by asking the shareholders if any want to sell. Then by lottery if neccesaary.

What are the objectives reach bankrolll of 150bill isk , pay shareholders dividend , paymyself fee running the bond until i can become shareholder then fee may go down.

Ive always wanted to run ipo , ive run 3 or 2 bonds been a while , might need little adivce on how this works.

I want to issue shares pay dividend on profits, pay myslef fee for running the bond.

You want out any time you can sell your shares , new guys will get the dividends.

i remember back in 2007, 2008 , guy used invest in people , didnt follow the rules , like the elite insisted on, liked that . He had knack , guess it was dumb luck , he had ,midas touch. Dosnet matter who invests , asking me who id lake to make isk for , guys with balls ,new guys who can afford it , guys with some kinda spirit in them .

I want give this guarantee as well , if we do go bust ill repay sharegholders. Im giving guarantee , but my word thats all , i dont have 60bill isk . It will be case of making this repaying shareholders one at time.

First 3 months there will be no mangement fee for the IPO. Profits will be 50% paid out shareholders , 50% to increase the fund. Everything is going to shareholders, fund increases the value of your shares increase.

I admit I admire the chutzpah of first asking for an unsecured loan to play a game you enjoy and then proposing to charge an administration fee for the privilege of lending you the money.

Little bit rough yesterday , been teetotal for numbers years , jumped back on the wagon , its good been enjoying it. Sobered up now. Browsed through your questions dont think there is anything that needs responding to.

Ill flesh out the details bit more next couple days and we'll get some investment coming in , get this thing rolling.
