Yeah sure. Add a dislike button. It will mean about as much as the like button; which is nothing.

Agreed. Likes are meaningless without the context provided by dislikes.

Likes and dislikes can be gamed by more vocal players and organizations and would not be very representative of actual overall player opinion.

I'd say no. But if a "dislike" button existed then as with the likes, one should be notified.

Of course the problem there, is people would use forum alts to do the disliking.

Not knowing who the main is behind the forum alt won't lead to the desired increase in ships being exploded.

Dispite actually kindof agreeing with you i say no, currently the method used by the plebs for expressing displeasure at our snappy oneliners is pages and pages of rage and tears , thats farr too entertaining a thing to take away.

CCP internally debated this topic at length, when they installed the Like button. They knew their community well, and sagely foresaw the inevitable outcome. Therefore, it's either Like, post a comment/target, or stay silent.

If you dislike 95% of the posts in here (or 95% of anything in life), and continue to subject yourself to it, the problem is with you.
