The vision of Vikings in Space corp/Alliance is to form a cadre of well trained pilots with practiced tactics, innovative thinking, and hightly coordinated combat action. Planning, practice and information are key to Eve PvP.

As example:
Planning: define standard fleet composition, hold briefings/de-briefings, write policy manuals
Practice Pvp roams (moslty anti-pirate), test server days, competitions, PvE
Information: Assigning multiple intel roles in fleets, dedicated intel officers.

ISK earning activities will include, but are not limited to, varied industries (research, T2 production, boosters, etc), Incursions, and exploration. VISA was created as an alliance to both enhance security and allow personal corps (one human) the ability to join while retaining control of personal operations (e.g POS's). The holding corporation will be capable of high sec research POS's in Minm and Gal space as well.

VISA is based in Molden Heath low sec, active during American times, anti-pirate and NRDS in all Empire space and are on friendly terms with our anti-pirate neighbors. We have a TS3 server, and a very basic website created to facilitate communication until a proper one can be created.

Sr. Management applicants should be mature, friendly and willing to write training/policy documentation and experianced Eve players (typically 25 MSP minimum).
