Ship hangar & Personal Item Hangar windows not reopening... again!

Not much more to say beside what's in subject:

if you're used to keep those 2 windows always open when docked you found that, after citadel patch, they simply don't automatically reopen every time u dock up... smth that happened some some weeks after another patch that had been fixed.
Now it's still here.

Not excluded it's happening with other windows, i just noticed these two.

Please fix it again :D
