Press release:
Tei-Su Relief Effort

In light of the recent resolution from the Villore Assembly (VA/1/1) Sanxing announces the commencement of the capsuleer relief effort. This relief effort is a humanitarian undertaking, and does not endorse or support any particular faction in the ongoing civil war and indeed calls upon all involved to seek a speedy and peaceful conclusion to the war. All aid that is distributed will be done so directly by Sanxing on the planetary surface where possible with the consent of the Sang Do responsible for that region or settlement.

Because of the nature of this relief effort, and our desire to ensure the materials provided are used to aid those in need and not to continue the war we will only be accepting goods listed on the capsuleer market as follows:

• Antibiotics
• Construction blocks
• Consumer electronics
• Dairy products
• Electronic parts
• Frozen food
• Frozen plant seeds
• Gallentean Planetary Vehicles
• Hydrogen batteries
• Nanites
• Smartfab units
• Water
• Wheat
• Zemnar

We will not be accepting ISK donations. Both GMVA and I-RED have already agreed to provide logistical support as needed, and GMVA will match the ISK value of any goods donated.

Goods should be delivered to the CreoDron facility at Lirsautton I, and contracted to Sanxing. Again any contracts which contain either ISK or goods not on the approved list will be rejected. Sanxing will provide regular feedback and reports on the ongoing success of the relief effort.

We would like to thank the Villore Assembly and its delegates and observers, GMVA, I-RED, and those who have already donated your support gives hope of peace and prosperity returning to Tei-Su.

I have informed the Elders of The Yaken clan about this humanitarian act and they see it as a Honorable cause and we wish to give our support.

While we do favor war over peace, we do not at all favor civilian causalities. Theres no honor in the death of civilians, a battlefield should be as far away from them as possible and this civil war is doing nothing but creating a warzone of their home and getting bystanders killed. Theres no honor or glory here, so we wish to see it ended.

We swear on the graves of our ancestors that theses goods were not illegally acquired and all came from the Clan's reserves or bought using funds from our war chest.

Water - 12,000 units

Antibiotics - 10,000 units

Nanites - 3,000 units

Zemnar - 250 units

We don't mean to out do anyone else. We can't give much in variety, so we make up in bulk.

If you need more resources don't be afraid to ask me directly, you have the support the Yaken Clan.

The planet is called Tei-Su, please stop calling it Chandeille, this name doesn't belong there.
Thanks in advance.

To those who have donated:

Your aid has been recieved and we are in the process of loading it unto surface shuttles as we speak. The lives you have saved and affected will forever remember your compassion and benevolence. Once distribution has properly commenced we will release a detailed report so as to ensure your awareness of where your aid has gone.

Ms. Firestorm,

Sanxing appreciates your concern for the preservation of Jin-Mei culture. However we must point out that upon our joining of the Federation the Sang Do, as the leaders of our people, wisely renamed both our homeworld and system so as to reflect our solidarity with our Federal comrades.

Now of course it is still referred to as Tei-Su, and Mei-Ha, among Jin-Mei but given that this press release is addressed to a wider audience it is more effective to use the names that they are more familiar with.

Kindly,

Xun Yu

Mr. Yu,

Yet billions of wise and hard working Jing Ko still call it Tei-Su, and their combined wisdom exceeds greatly wisdom of couple greedy warlords, who decided to bow to gallentes and sell their own roots just to avoid invasion and to keep their warm places.

And since this press release indeed was addressed to a wider audience, and not just to Federation, I believe it also will be wiser to let peoples know real names of our planet and system.

Sincerely yours,
Mika Chen-Shi, M.D.

Dr. Chen-Shi,

More properly my address is Lord, as I am Sang Do - one of those "greedy warlords" - I respect your position even if I fundamentally disagree with it.

However may I suggest that you follow the example of others here, who rather than quibbling over details such as names, are offering to help those worst affected by the war - the Jing Ko. In my exchanges at the distribution centre for the aid given thus far the matter of what we call our planet has not been raised, rather people are merely grateful to have once again a roof to live under and food to give to their children.

Sincerely,

There are bigger issues at hand than what name is given to a planet. The planetary name designation is over seen by a committee within CONCORD I believe.

Bah!

Xun Yu is a walking contradiction to that apparent stereotype of "greedy warlord selling out their culture" (which I have never seen espoused elsewhere, by the way, by any other Jin--Mei).

I've had conversations with the man about conflict and he shudders at senseless or casual violence. And he has taught me more about Jin-Mei culture than any other Jin-Mei I've met.

You clearly don't know the man and would do well to meet him before you apply your stereotypes.

Only the liberty of the individual assures the prosperity of the whole. And this foundation must be defended.

At any cost

That wasn't said about him, but about those, who decided to put that name on the planet.

Thank you for respecting my position, but I have also another position about this whole situation, and I am afraid you will disagree with it even further.

You see, I think that throwing charity like that on the planet is humiliating. My help to our people won't be regulated by gallente, it won't be alms when gallente will decide to descend on our world to grant their angelic leftovers from the celestial table, because they thought it was time to finally notice us. I'll do what I can, but without gallente guidance and supervision. And I'll do it without humiliating our own people.

But anyway, I believe I owe you an apology. I have a bottle of vermouth, delivered right from the home. If you don't mind breaking traditions a bit to accept an invitation to a dinner from a girl, I'll be glad to share it with you.

Dr. Chen-Shi,

The relief effort has received support from Vherokior, Civire, Gallente, Intaki, and Jin-Mei among many others. It is not an initiative of the Federation, but rather one born of the compassion and benevolence common to all humanity and administered by a Jin-Mei corporation: Sanxing.

Sanxing is committed to ensuring the peace and prosperity of the Jin-Mei people within the Federation, to accept aid is not humiliating: like the Kang Lo give their strength, the Saan Go their industry, the Jing Ko their labour, and the Sang Do their wisdom we all help and aid each other to produce an ordered harmony.

As to the matter of a drink and your company doctor I am always happy to share a conversation with anyone. Presently I am, as you can imagine, a little preoccupied with the relief effort. But perhaps in a week or two?

Warm regards,

Xun Yu

Good to see the donations pouring in.

In addition to the above, we also have a massive stockpile of frozen food at the Federal Admin info center, on the order of 321,872 m³, as well as another 43,000 units of antibiotics.

Thank you, everyone, for your generosity.

Funny how a (traitorous) Caldari is insisting on telling members of other cultures belonging to other empires how to live, while criticising the Federation for (allegedly) doing the same.

Andreus Ixiris > A Civire without a chin is barely a Civire at all.

Pieter Tuulinen > He'd be Civirely disadvantaged, Andreus.
