EVE client freeze for 2 seconds after first logging in and undocking

Since the citadel patch every time I first log in to the game and either undock or make the client my active window my client freezes for about 1-2 seconds and then all is ok. Anyone else getting this?

Yup, getting it here too but it also happens on dropping out of warp to a gate.
