Serpentis heavens in Sansha regions

Few months ago CCP removed Serepentis anomalies from Sansha space.
It was not a bug at all, it was a feathure.
My suggestion is to restore those anomalies, and even more, add randomly spawning anomaly of different pirate groups in all null secs with claim units.
Making it available to the top upgrade to the system.
It would be great to see bloodraider or guristas heavens and sanctums in sansha or serpetis regions.

In the name of fun. Hardly it will brake any balance in the game.

Well, +1 for thinking outside the box.

However in my opinion if an Alliance wants to have sites from different NPC's spawning in their upgraded systems, then they need to control and upgrade systems in areas where those NPC's normally spawn.

Serpentis still spawn in sansha territory, especially where booster gas sites are present,
