Blobs, Ganks & Other PVP Fun? Oh wait... NOT!

So there we were, three Battlecruisers and a Tackler...
Just three, not 4 or 5 or 6.... ONLY 3.

Now me personally, I think that a Guardian, Guardian, Proteus, Proteus, Thanatos and Vidicator would have accomplished the Gank rather nicely and offered them many many lulz, but instead they Titan bridged This

Now I know that I am asking for some cheese with my whine, but it's just that... well... I am a bit saddened at how commonplace this is these days. It does not take a genius to realize that people playing a video game might like a sandbox where (generally speaking) somewhat reasonable odds in terms of the game play can be achieved at a subcapital level.

Ironically, the purveyance of supercapital ships have not only turned null sec's "sand box" into a litterbox filled with macroing cat poop, but it has also caused the small gang environment to suffer as well. I doubt that CCP realizes this TBH, but people are so damn bored and surrounded by blues that they will sit and wait for anything to kill no matter how small and pathetic of a kill it may be.

So yea I am complaining sure....
But I am not really mad
& I am not really frustrated

TBH I am just kind of getting bored with it and I wish that there was more options available to me then "do nothing" Empire Vs. super capital blobs in nullsec. Why can't I have better PVP in your sandbox CCP? Lots of people like me (including the nullsec blobbers hot dropping the **** out of everything in sight) wish that we could.

If you are much weaker, evade them.

The Food Chain of EVE ganks:

Highsec ganks itself.

Lowsec ganks Highsec.

Nullsec ganks Lowsec.

Wormhole ganks Nullsec.

Looking at your posted image, apart from the Thanny that was on the field, no caps let alone "supercaps" are visible.

So is your complaint that a single Titan bridged them in?

lol the point is if you have superior numbers use em.

I was not going for Tzu's views on speed of travel or catching the enemy while he's still planning

jump bridge gives you the element of surprise and superior numbers, more than what your enemy thought he was engaging
I can't see how this is bad use of subcaps, it seems like a very valid tactic against people who shoot before they think.

What were they supposed to do? Pick five, send the rest home and risk having the five get slaughtered by a login trap?
If a single T1 cruiser would have jumped through the gate you were camping - would you have ganked him? Yeah - thought so...

Provided comparable ship classes, more should always be better when it comes to an actual engagement - I agree however that there should be at least one single drawback to blobbing like reduced warp speed with increased fleet size, stacking penalties on a targets sigradius or something...

There is no Eternum Praetorian in that screen shot. Either:
1. Eternum Praetorian is an alt of Vincore, Mauri Suominen, Lupynev or Aldormanndiobla - in which case post with your main.
2. One of the 5 characters in the screenshot is an alt of Eternum Pratorian - in which case stop crying cause your alt got shot at.
3. Eternum Praetorian has grabbed a screenshot off of a friend and is using it to make a whiney thread on the forums - in which case...

NPC 0.0 is a good place to find small/med scale pvp. low sec is the best for small scale pvp. go to the great wildlands and you'll see it really is very wild for pvp.

well if your FC isn't a complete tool you might actually get that when you align and let everyone get to speed so you don't end up leaving that plate domi behind to get picked off
