What POS array needed to build Citadel?

Sorry if the answer to this is obvious - I have looked/searched but there are so many blogs etc on Citadels....

What sort of POS array is needed to build citadels in a wormhole?

You most likely cant, something that big will probably have to be built at an industrial array at a station or outpost.

Thanks but I (vaguely) remember you could build them in a POS array - or at least the medium and large. Just wish I could remember where I saw it....

Anyone else?

The Components that make up a Citadel are constructed in the Component Assembly Array.

the components are built in component arrays and the citadels are built in the equipment arrays
