Why did you edit out the 40B buyout from the OP? Surely I have already guaranteed the sale to me for that price based on it being a "buy-out". If it is not in fact a buy-out then I would prefer to bid at 31B so i'm not wasting a 9B increment on the previous bid.

If the buyout exists then consider me having bought it out at 40B, otherwise consider my incremental bid standing at 31B. Can an ISD please make a statement regarding this *fudging* and what is or isn't allowed?
