Not sure if this is the correct place but...

If we are in a fleet in highsec, and 1 of our members is bumped and then a fleet warps in to gank them, can the other members assist the ship being ganked once they have been fired on?

Fleet is irrelevant, anyone ganking is performing a criminal act and is therefore engageable by anyone on grid.

Yes, there are so many things you can do and tools you can employ, it is quite laughable how much carebears cry for nerfs to ganking and bumping.

Let's start off: you said you're in a fleet!

--Logi
--Webbers (for faster align/warp)

Even not in a fleet, players can do the above for each other. That's just the tip of the iceberg. So many ways to survive bumping/ganking, it's ridiculous how much crying is done for One More Nerf (tm).

Not to mention that most of these guys tend to be -10 anyway, therefore are killable before they even start shooting.

if your fleetmate is not a legal target then the gankers (who usually are have sec status below -5.0 making them legal targets) will be flagged as criminal making them legal targets.

use a proper overview to properly identify legal targets.

Seems like the only one crying here is you... The OP asked a question, he didn't ask for any nerfs to your precious playstyle.

Speaking of reading comprehension....

Read the post carefully this time. He was talking about the other people that come here spreading their tears about wanting more nerfs. He wasn't talking about the OP, and was actually praising the OP for asking questions instead of crying about being ganked.

You may want to invest in those skill injectors yourself sir....

Really, hmmm..... I better take another look at this.
OP asks what could be considered a yes or no question...
Question gets answers immediately.
Code propaganda bot shows up and in his opening and closing statement says basically the same mumbo jumbo about carebears crying for nerfs...
The middle part of his post where he answers the question which basically was, can my guys shoot at gankers who are shooting at me.
Answers given by Beavis Owen.... Scouting...logo... Webbing...

Didn't even answer the question correctly and where is the praise someone said was present in his post?

Sorry fellas, I still think I called that one right.

Trying logic and context on CODe. heads, you know these half baked clones were brought up on mining planets 100% Pb, with water recycling systems full of pisss and fluoride.

Be gentle with their addled undersized brains.

They are not all O2 thieves, some make good tgt practice. Lol

If they are -10, you'll be able to blast them as soon as they land, if they are not, you'll be able to blast them the moment they open fire. If you see them coming, you can pre-lock them as well. If they are expecting you to be there though, you might not be able to blast them from the field before your buddy dies. If you can kill enough of them though you might be able to save him / her.

Do I feel owned? No. I feel mildly amused by your bitterness. It's so predictable and expected though that it's only mild amusement. Beyond that all I feel is a little itchy in the eyes from my seasonal allergies.

Tengu Grib may be a code supporter (and former member) but what I can recall of his forum posts are that they are generally insightful, constructive and original.

Beavis Owen's posts are none of these things. There are plenty of procode/anticode threads around for Beavis to post unoriginal rhetoric and rants about carebear tears in.
