Heya,

I'm looking around to re-enter the world of PVP. I'm not sure what I want exactly, so I welcome your offers, but here's a rough guideline of what I am / am not interested in:
Arrow Not interested in sov 0.0
Arrow Not interested in living in a WH (but would be up for raiding WHs for PvE or PvP)
Arrow Interested in Factional Warfare or lowest PvP, but would like to keep my sec standing above -5
